My name is Sebrina Dwyer. I live in North Merritt Island with my husband and three small children. We love spending quality time together, going to the beach, participating in various outdoor sports and most of all, baseball. When we are not traveling for baseball tournaments we are relaxing by our pool.

Last year, we welcomed our new baby girl to our family. I was very concerned about the safety of our new daughter and the fact that we have a pool and bodies of water all around us. I heard about ISR through a friend and knew that I wanted to enroll my daughter as soon as possible. At 10 months old, she began taking lessons with Ginger Blackman. In just 3 short weeks, she was rolling back to float perfectly. I was so relieved and full of joy! I knew that if she found herself in an aquatic accident, she had the skills to possibly save herself.

Having a firefighter/paramedic in my close family and hearing of all the tragic drownings that occur in Brevard County, I felt the need to become an ISR instructor and teach these life saving skills in my community. I am very passionate and excited about joining the ISR team. I am proud to say that I am a part of something so special. I look forward to teaching many, many babies and children of Brevard County.

I teach from my heated screened pool in North Merritt Island just a few short miles from KSC (see below for map and directions).

I am currently closed for 2010 and will resume lessons in spring of 2011.
